It started 01/2009 I was suppose to start my first set of classes, which i did. I notice it was taking a little longer than usual to process my financial aid, so like any normal student i kept checking up on the financial aid status and nothing was really changing only answer i recieved was were waiting on it to process and get finalized and something else about the school code not being on the fafsa. I went in and added them still two weeks nothing. So i stopped attending classes so i wouldn't have to come out my pocket with nothing, cuz i do know how they can get you. So i was finally dropped automatically from not attending. I recieved two checks in the mail from student refunds.so i call them and let them no and they said dont spend it send it back. so im like send it back for what because im going to have to pay that back. they wanted me to send it back to cover classes that they say were taken within those two weeks which they say totaled 550.00. A week went by and they called me asking me if i wanted to retake the classes since the financial aid was in and available. they assured me i wouldn't have to pay no out of pocket expenses. but now it changed they told me once the classes were set for me to start again that they had to do a reverse of financial aid becuase it was returned to the lender. now this was in feb09. The second time around when they told me that. I did not even start the classes at all. i didnt do a bio or anything..hell i didn't even log in. and they saying i owe them 2655.00 within two weeks. granted if i am requesting fin.aid what makes them think i have two thousand dollars to just up and give them. then they requested i take out another loan to pay them. and they said they did me a favor by letting me attend the classes a second time so i owe them because i wouldn't go to the classes and didn't fulfill my obligation or attendance.
