I wrote an extensive report about Axia College. I wrote many updates. The final update to the original report is that the financial counselor is going to help me, she can not help; another loan , no loans. I have called again, no answer, but from a collections agency. I wrote back that I will not pay the bill because it was a fraudulent bill.

Reviewing the latest complaints, I am astounded that so many have had similiar if not the same experiences with UOP that I have.

I have spent a year and a half taking classes and now fighting over the bill that the financial counselor told me to ignore. When I called every day for a month finally a new financial counselor , three in three months, called me to explain that when I had to drop a class, all paper work stopped and now I owe them 1800 dollars.

I, too wanted a break from a class. I had went a year and a few months with out a break. I asked for one and was told it was too late. I had to continue with the classes. I was told my classes were free, and to be grateful. FREE!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not be cheated. I will notify the Department of Education and I want an accounting of all the money I have in loans. If the DOE sent then money and have not investigated the very practices I have been reading about, then the DOE needs to explain to me why I must pay them back the loans they sent to a College that is a fraudulent organization.
Class action , yes. Federal action definitely.
