Complaint Review: University Of Phoenix Online Axia College UOP

I am sad to say that my experience with Axia college of the UOP is pitiful at best. I am two classes short of ans associates degree and the Math 156 course for elementaty school teachers is a joke. Most of it is higher level algebra and calculs. My grade point averages before this class have been excellent. I am up to 3 AM working on two math courses and then open my home daycare at 6:30 AM.

I have over 100 pages of notes for this class and
log in for all discussions. My current average is 54% and can get no assistance from the facilitator which is helpful. The online tutor response either never comes or is days too late. The couselors I have talked to are of no assistance. " Oh you're just complaining" " I know nothing about the curriculum". When I really needed help from this college no one was there.

I feel demeaned and defeated.The teacher tells me they don't teach only grade papers. UOP gets about $80,000 for this clasas alone. Someone needs to be teaching and helping those who need it. I feel like my money has been stolen and I have no where to turn . Thanks for being there when I needed you UPO.
