Complaint Review: University Of Phoenix Online

My husband is taking courses with UOP and they continue to sign him up for the same type of courses. Nothing is being learned.

I have read the other postings, a little late. But was wandering why none of the postings have also gone to the better business bureau website and posted their complaints.
