Complaint Review: UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX

I'm still trying to figure out how can someone be billed for a class they never took. Even tried canceling it a few days before it started but the my advisor insisted I had to report the first day then she would cancel it, so I did and ended up being charged for half the class fee 800 bucks for one day, should have attended Yale instead LOL.....

Should have listen to my friends too, when they told me their program is a joke, they actually laughed when I said I was enrolled. Anyone out there, do yourself a favor, don't waste your time, a community college is a lot more accredited. I'm  still trying to figure out how can these credit reporting agencies can post anything on your credit even if is garbage, what the h*ll is wrong with the system. Is it corrupted? or is it money making business? I vote for both..________.

Well those who are enrolled and might want to cancel, don't listen t your advisor, they will screw you eitheir way. Definitely put in writing before you cancel any classes.
