When I decided to continue with school I had heard a lot about the University of Phoenix and how creditable they were. I spoke with a financial advisor there by the name of Brandon, very pleasant and willing to help. He explained the cost of the classes as well as if there would be any out of pocket cost for me.

I had taken out a loan as well did the financial aid grant I was awarded the money and was told that the money awarded would cover my classes. I had taken 3 classes total in which on of the classes I had to retake, there were technical problems that persisted from their end. I was unable to get any of the assignments downloaded as well as not able to receive any posts from the sight.

I tried to work around it in which I communicated by telephone with one of my team members. I did not get a passing grade because of this problem and had to take the class over. When I informed the financial advisor of this I was told that my financial aid would cover the retake of the class but any other class I would have to pay out of pocket.

I had only spent $100 to register and didn't plan on coming out of the pocket for any classes because I was informed of the financial aid as well as the loan would cover these classes taken. Had I known I would have to come out of the pocket I would have never attended because UOP is very expensive. I am by the way being billed for $192.00 for the repeat of this class.
