Okay so I decided to attend University of Phoenix through my former employers tuition assitance program which practically came out to no cost to me. I went to a couple of courses that were on campus. Before my next course I advised the counselor that I would be unable to attend the course due to incompatible work schedule. I advised the counselor well in advance to the course starting that I was not going to be able to attend. Two months later I start receiving a bill for $1896.00 and of course I am not going to pay, now that I am starting my Psy.D at a real university I wasn't able to use the two courses I took there on my transcript but thats fine. I will make sure to include them on my soon to be filed chapter 7. On another note to those who will attend beware that UOP degree is not viewed very well in many private sectors. To be honest some corners are better left unshaved. In the end the extra course work or slightly extra time pays for itself. UOP is expensive but not for the right reasons.
