University Prep Center Does not honor their refund policy - been waiting over 60 days San Diego, California
I ordered thir Program on May 30, 2012 and after a review of the program learend it would not do what they promised. I contacted them within the proper time to return the package, used the return number they gave, sent by FEDEX to their office. As of this date August 11, 2012 many days more then the 20 days I was told it would take to get my refund I have not received the refund. After numerious tries on there constantly busy numbers, (waits time of more then a half hour) I still have not seen my Money.
