I joined a company that has most anything you would buy in stores at cost pricing. I have ordered a few thousand dollars worth of furniture. The man I am dealing with has made not one but three mistakes. First he misplaced the order all together. Made a lame excuse about the comptuer failing. Then he ordered the wrong color fabric and my couch came in damaged. Thrid not all the wrong peices came in at once. I just want my money back. He insist that he cannot do this and it's not his fault.

This "manager" can only "manage" to tie on a buzz and I will not stand for it. I want my money back!!! I also want my membership money back. You pay the tune of 2300 for a lifetime fee! Oh and you have to join that day or never. Be Very Carefull! Might not be so bad if the service wasn't so poor or High all the time!

In response to this recent report, my stand on this situation is as follows.

According to extensive research on all information contained within this report, I have come to discover no such complaint ever being filed. Either with the upper management company, my boss, or any other Uniway Employee or manager.

Our company haslooked into all problems orders dating back to May of 2003, which is 6 months prior to me taking over this center. There is not ONE order that was misplaced. No order for a sofa, loveseat, or chair with a wrong fabric being ordered and then recieved damaged has been found either.

In addition, our ordering system is not on a computer persa, but is handled by our purchasing manager. As for the wrong pieces coming in damaged, we found no record of any order resembling that complaint. All orders are inspected prior to release to a member and this was never brought up at the time this "supposed member" picked up the furniture. If the fabric was ordered per our members request and it was not what was ordered we are glad to help in any manner we can to resolve the issue.

Furthermore, the fact that this complaint is full of mispelled words, fabrication and lack of solid information that would actually tell us who this member is, lets me further know there is no validity to these claims.

I challenge the member to contact us directly to resolve this matter. Since there has been no contact with us so far I consider this a false claim and nothing more than a personal attack on me. It is obvious this person has a severe absence of maturity and a low mental capacity. How can you DEMAND your money back while staying anonymous?
