This business charged me after they acnowledged I had asked to cancel my account. They also put a false charge for equipment I never ordered. I had to notify Amex to freeze my account due to the fraudulent charges. It is sad when a fake Internet Servicer Provider scams their customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This company is a total scam, avoid at all costs.

My service was very unreliable and was shut off multiple times due to using "too much bandwidth". They claim on their website the data is unlimited but is anything but, and no fine print. They are dishonest, unreliable scammers trying to rob people when they are most vunerable, as in an International pandemic when people are relying on reliable Internet.

They charge ridiculous activation fees and you get no SLA, so when your service goes out or is awful, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it except pay them more money for an unlocked sim card. Shady business practices, horrible, unethical, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
