Last year I ordered a PSE Optima 66 bow from Unlimited Outdoors using PayPal. After the transaction cleared I called the company and spoke to Mike Wahl who after getting the order completely wrong on the phone backtracked and said he drop-shipped it a couple of days ago.

I waited a week and 1/2 then e-mailed him to inform him it had naot arrived. Mike said he would get right on it. I emailed him a week later. He replied the bow was found at a UPS Store in Sacramento, Damaged and he would be sending another with a tracking number.

Needless to say no bow ever arrived. By this time we were past PayPal's 30 day "Help Window" And I never heard from Mike again even though I have tried to contact him. Even after I filed a complaint with the CA AG.

I e-mailed PSE to inform them of my problem but never recieved any feedback.

A few weeks ago I recieved a survey from PayPay asking how my complaint experience was. Are they Kidding? How about no help at all.

I did notice that Unlimited Outdoors was taken off PayPal's "shops" list recently and that his web site is gone. I may be out my money but with any luck he is out of business.
