Complaint Review: Unlimitedmusicdownloads.com AKA New Healthy Savings.com

I just had an unauthorized charge of $49.95 to my bank account due to being signed-up with unlimitedmusicdownloads.com.

They say that they charge a one-time fee of $1.00 to have license to access music downloads, but they also give your information to the thieves at New Healthy Savings.com.

When WB Sales, a 3rd-party billing agency, billed me they added their toll-free number, so we called to inquire about the charge and were given the name and number of New Healthy Savings.

When we called 646 495-8107, the phone number for these thieves, a "Help Desk" person by the name of Dave Ford advised that we had opened a health insurance policy (which was news to us). He also stated that he could reverse the transaction, but it would take 15 days to start the process.

Dave Ford, the very unhelpful Help Desk Person also informed us that there are no supervisors to handle this, and that he is not authorized to release any information regarding the company's location, email or mailing addresses.

We took this issue to U.S. Bank immediately, and will be starting the dispute process. Our bank was willing to handle this, but not until the charge posts to my account. This will tie up the $49.95 until the dispute is resolved.
