Unlimitedprice BEWARE, ORDER NEVER SHIPPED, E-CHECK CLEARED, NEVER REPLIED TO E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS ripoff New York New York
On Oct. 31 2006, I ran a search for the new Tickle Me Elmo TMX on my search engine, and wa directed to Unlimitedprice.com which I visited. I found that they were selling electronics including the new PS 2 and Elmo TMX, so I order 30 of them.
I charged them to my credit card and a few days went by and I never received an invoice or a tracking number for shipment, so I call their office on Nov. 7 2006 and was told that their computer system had crashed and all orders were lost. I asked to re-order and when it came to paying for the order I was told that their credit use with the credit companies had reached there limit. So I paid with a E-Check through my bank account.
I waited for the E-Check to clear, and it did in four business days and again after a few days I don't receive an invoice nor a tracking number for my order, so I called their office again and they said that I would have one by the next day, which was e-mailed to me. This is when I no longer could communicate with Unlimitedprice.com either by phone or e-mail.
The only information I was receiving was at their website where they were leaving their notices. The first one talked about how we the customers couldn't contact them by phone because it was being up-grade. Then another notice how they were rip-off by other for 30,000.00 worth of Elmo's through scams.
I remained calm because I my order was paid for, but I was able to contact them via the phone and e-mail, but they were not replying to my voice mails I was leaving at their office, nor were responding to my e-mails. Another notice goes up at their site that all orders were being reviewed to make certain that they were paid for.
I e-mailed proof of my payment and when it was paid... No Reply. Another notice that all orders would be shipped by 12/10/06. Well, that date has come and gone and no shipment as I constantly go to UPS to see if shipment was in progress, but all it says at UPS is that the shipping information has been received, to check for updates later or contact the shipper.
Again, I go to their website and yet another notice that there financial institution has frozen their account and that their legal team is doing everything to correct the matter, yet they have my money, they never replied to my countless e-mails and phone calls be neither Unlimitedprice or their Legal Dept. I felt I needed to share these peoples bad business practices so no one else will get burnt by them. I was trying to make extra money to buy my son who has Cerebral Palsy a special stroller for handi-capped children.
But Unlimitedprice,com has left me out in the cold and have yet to forefill their order or to refund my money. I return to their website to find that their products are no longer there, and there is only the notice of how their legal team is trying to straighten things out, but if that were true, they would have at least answered our e-mails and returned the many phone calls and spoken to us the customer as a concerned business should have.

It looks like UNLIMITEDPRICE.COM was a classic bump and dump. Their intentions from day one were to collect as much cash as they could then when it got to hot to continue they dumped the entire scam and have moved on. Chances are they are already running another bump and dump someplace else.
I think you may find them at 1700 N. Monreo St.,
Tallahassee, FL 32303. It looks like some guy named Dwight was the CEO maybe: dwightceo1@yahoo.com.
