Buyer Beware:
After you complete your order, they will send you automated emails from "Ethan" or "Owen" or some other random name. These emails ask for additional personal info (which they most likely sell to lead-generation companies). Once you give them your personal info and other, unnecessary info about your phone, they will send an automated email telling you that your phone cannot be unlocked. The email also says they will refund in 5 or 7 days, which of course never happens.
If you are ever dumb enough to place an order with them like I was, just make sure you pay with PayPal. When opening a PayPal case, choose "furniture" (or something else) as the item that was purchased since PayPal doesn't accept cases for intangible goods.
I know the emails are automated for sure because the time intervals between the emails were exactly the same for three different orders I made.

It happen to me too they charges 6.95 takes your money and send you an email saying we cant unlocked it
here is what Mr owen sent me:
Sorry I have been unable to generate the correct unlock code for your mobile. There are so many mobile out there sometimes the firmware on certain versions mean I can't generate the code.
I have sent your details over the accounts team who will send you a refund. Although normally quicker please allow up to 7 days for the refund to get back into your account.
Once again I apologise for not being able to get the correct code for your mobile. Your only option may be your network operator or a local shop who can unlock via a cable.
