Website falsely claims cheap unlock codes which you find won't apply to your phone. Then when they say your unlock code only takes a few hours, every review is the same as mine. You get a reply stating "your" order couldn't be processed and requires you to re-enter your information again and will take another 24 hours according to an email auto-response from "Ethan".
There are plenty of legitimate providers of cell phone carrier unlock codes, avoid this misleading scammer at all cost. Even if at some point there is a real person you end up hearing from, they whole site is setup to mislead you into using them for "fast" and "cheap" unlock codes.

http://www.unlock-code-world.com/index.php, promeses low prices for their services but you get nothing in return, and no refund either... What to do? File a Claim with PayPal.com from your PayPal account.
If you do not have an account with PayPal call them @ 1 (888) 221-1161 and ask for an agent and file your Claim on the phone. If the http://www.unlock-code-world.com/index.php , dose not respond within 10 days, PayPal with issue you a refund on the 11th day. It's your money, and you wont it back.
