Paid for their service, with a promise of total refund. nothing available to download except a piece of software available for free everywhere else, no way of contacting them through their contact page, but got their email through their first post to me with details of my purchase. contacted the SWREG company they used to take my money as well as paypal. no help came from either of these companies, and no refund nor replies have been forthcoming. This is a total scam, and these guys need to be made accountable for their actions. this is a total ripoff.
