Complaint Review: unlockedmobiles.net/

I liked the HTC P3300 but I always thought it was to expensive for me, so when i saw a chinese replica on www.unlockedmobiles.net for 270 euro including shipping i ordered it. Well folks guess what, i received a totaly different model from what i ordered. I payed 270 euro for the P800(model of the replica) and received a W800 with a defective microphone which at that time cost 240 euro.

After a lot of frustrating communication with the chinese company via email (they were trying to convince me that the 2 models were the same and there only difference was a patch installed on the first one that the second didn't have) we agreed to sent the phone back and they would sent me the model i ordered. The guy even told me I didn't have to pay for shipping because they had an account with FEDEX.

I had a bad feeling about this but I had already made the mistake to order the stupid phone, so I went to FEDEX and they told me they weren't able to charge the chinese company's account. Since I wanted to get over with this story i payed for the shipping hoping I might get a refund (yeah right). So I shipped the phone back to china. A week later I got a call from Fedex telling me that they refused to receive the package i sent them claiming that they didn't know the sender. At that point I realized, there 's 270 euro i will never see again.

I order items online all the time and usually from thrustworthy sites and never had a problem. This time I decided to go a step further and increase the risk factor to save 100 euro, was it worth it? Nooo, I had to find out the hard way.
