Complaint Review: Unlockingonline.com

Unlockingonline.com have taken my money and have not done anything in return.

I originally requested an unlock code at the end of December and was supplied a code that failed to work. The instructions were provided using an account set up on their website. On requesting technical suppport I was emailed a request for additional information. I have provided this information promptly but have been unable to get a response since. Despite several emails requesting help, technical support and then a refund I have been ignored and have had no response from them.

I hope that this report will warn customers against the use of this service.
