This company suckers you in with a $2.95 offer and designs the offer so you do not see the 7 day trial offer. Then they charge your account on the 8th day for $49.95. Now, they are the ONLY company I ever came across that refused to refund the $49.95. I contacted them within days of the charge. I never used the product and will not.
I now have to have my bank go after them and change my debit card. If ANY attorneys our there want to file a class action suit, I am in.

I apologize for the response that you received from the representative that you spoke to. What was the date that you called to request refund and who was the customer service representative that you spoke to. We do have an 8 week money back guarantee. If you contacted us after the 8 week money back guarantee had expired, that would be the only reason that you would have been told that you were not eligible for a refund. However, we did receive the dispute from you credit card company. Even though the 8 week money back guarantee had expired, as a courtesy we did credit the $49.95 back to your account on 05-12-08.
