Complaint Review: Unsecured busines funding

I started to look on The internet for business funding, I came across Unsecured Business Funding. The website Small Business loans approved in 48 hours. I called the number I talked to Craig, last name started with a F. I asked questions and dicussed how it works. He asked me a lot of questions about my business. We talked about how long I've been in business and what kind of business and my credit score. I told him that it was about 590 or 595, I was only looking for $15,000 to $20,000 Craig told me I would have no problem getting the money. Craig took down all of my infromation and contact infromation. Craig told me I would have to give them my Tax Id # and $249.00, I would then talk to a underwriter in 24 to 48 hours. He told me as soon as I talk to the underwriter I would get my finacing in 7 to 10 business days. I told him I would get back with him as soon as I get the $249.00.

I was able to get the money of $249.00 by the next day, I had to barrow the money. So I called to talk to Craig f. at his ext. I don't know it anymore. I ended up talking to Adam at Craig's ext. Adam told me that Craig was not in. So I discussed the same thing with Adam he said the same exact thing that Craig said to me the day before. So we went over all of my information that I gave Craig the previous day on Friday the 6th of Jan. When I got done talking to Adam all of my infromation that I gave Craig was correct, so then I just had to give Adam my Tax Id # and my credit card # For The payment of $249.00 for the underwriter. After I did that, later that night I got a real bad feeling about the money I gave them.

So on Monday Jan. 9,2012, I called and talked to Craig again and he assurred me that I would get the money as soon as I talked to the Underwriter with in 7 to 10 business days.
 
I talked to the underwriter on Tuesday the 10th of Jan. Her name is Jamie Jones. She did not have any of my business infromation correct, she never gave me a chance to correct the infromation, she told me that what she has in front of her is the correct infromation and will not change it. She also said I would hjave to go and do a risk assessment. I was never told anything about that by Craig or Adam when I spoke with them on fri.the 6th., on sat. the 7th., or on mon. the 9th. Jamie jones said it would cost around $6,000 to get it done or I could do it myself, but it would take me 6 months on my own. Excuse my language but it pissed me off.

I then called to talk to Craig at his ext. now Justin answered his ext. at this point i started to think this was a fruad. I proceeded to tell him everything that Jamie Jones said to me. He told me that They've had aqlot of complaints about her ( Jamie Jones), He never said anything about a risk assesment either. I received a email from Jamie Jones about a risk assesment later on.I explained to Justin that she didn't have any of my infromation that I gave Craig and Adam. Jamie Jones had all the wrong infromation and never gave me a chance to correct, she said that she couldn't change anything that she had in front of her.

On Thurs. the 12th. of Jan. I talked to Bob He is suspose to be the supervisor. I told him everything that I discussed with Craig, Adam, Justin and Jamie Jones. I told him that I was lied to and I wanted a refund of my money. Bob told me that he would check into it and call me back by the enmd of the next business day. That would be Fri. Jan. 13th..

Bob called me back on the next business day fri. the 13th. of Jan. When I spoke with Bob he told me that there was a Terry May on the line also that he would be my new underwriter. Bob also said that they do not record all phones calls, and also told me that the money was not refundable and I was told that.

Terry May the new underwriter never contacted me, so I called him on Jan. 18th. which was a wed. I left a message but he never got back with me. I've been calling him and leaving messages.  As of today the feb. 5,2012. He has still never contacted me, after all the calling him and leaving messages for him to contact me.

It will be 1 mo. since I gave them my money and they haven't done anything about the loan that I was promised and the underwriter has never contacted me. I honestly beliebe that this is fruad on their part. I have been lied to, I gave them my money and they've never contacted me concerning my loan.
