Dax Ross at Unsecured Solutions told me that there were no upfront fees for his services and that they would only get paid after I got the loan. But when I called back to go through with it then SUDDENLY there were UPFRONT FEES! What unbelievable liars!
And the they had the audacity to say that I "misunderstood them," are you kidding me

Any time there are upfront fees for any services you know it all B.S.! They totally wasted my time which was valuable! No one with upfront fees ever delivers and everyone knows this, even if they only have half a brain!

Shame on you, Unsecured Solutions and Dax! You did a total bait and switch!
I feel that it is my public duty to warn the public! Talk about big time ripoff!
I thank God that I'm not stupid enough to fall for their con! I wish someone had been kind enough to warn me!!

Hello Clifton,

I realize before I give my information to any lending company, I first have to check them out on this web-site or others like it, to make sure that I am not being taken for a ride.

In any case, I am looking for a loan to help me pay off some bills & rebuild my credit, & Unsecured Solutions has contacted me. The fellow i'm in contact with is Marcio Nascimento. Below, you see an e-mail I received from this gentleman.

My question is, were they successful at getting you your loan after you paid the upfront fees?

After reading your updated rebuttals from 05/20/09 & 05/25/09, I was considering using them, however, since its been 3 months since your rebuttals, I wanted to follow up to see if everything went well after the president of the company took care of you.

Please let me know. This will help me out tremendously because right now I am shopping around, & I don't want to be scammed again.

Unsecured Solutions - UPDATE! Big misunderstanding, they're honest after all!

The President of the company, Thomas P., called me to apologize about our obvious misunderstanding about certain facts. He told me that Dax was a new employee and had unfortunately given me wrong information. And he said that he wanted to personally help me get a loan and he would do it for free, yes free!

I was surprised and shocked in a very good way! It is very rare when someone will call and admit that there was a misunderstanding and try to correct it. And then to offer to help for free, as a matter of principle, it showed integrity, professionalism and class. These traits are very hard to find in anyone these days, what a pleasant surprise!
Being an honest businessman he wanted his company to maintain a good reputation.

I told him that I would be updating my evaluation of his company here. I feel that certainly, it is the least that I can do. And I do hope later to come back with another update where I'll be singing his praises again because he got me the loan that I was looking for!

All kidding aside, I will keep you all posted!

To my surprise the owner of this company, Thomas P. called me to apologize and to make up for the misunderstanding I had with their supposedly new employee, Dax, who just didn't have his facts straight. And then they offered to help me for free! YES, FREE!!!

It seems like I was wrong about them ... They said that they would go forward and help me just like I was a "paying customer". When I feel that I'm wrong I'll at least be the first one to admit it. After speaking to the owner I feel that I am.
Of course that still remains to be seen but for now I feel the only right thing to do is to recant my initial statement of them being a rip-off because it seems like they aren't.

I will say that I very impressed with the owner because it's rare when someone has enough class, integrity and professionalism to call back and try to right the wrong or misunderstanding in this kind of matter.

At this point I would be the first one to say that you should go forward confidently and have this company get you the loans that you are looking for.

( In the unlikely event that they scam me twice, I'll just add another negative update ... :) lol )

All kidding aside, if you don't see any further negative statements from me about this company, they should be viewed as honest and in good standing. Of course it depends on them and their actions going forward but I'll even update this report later, hopefully after the processing of my loan, singing their praises. :)
