Unstoppable Vision LLC High Class Universe I ordered 2 doggie banks from an ad on Facebook. Received a confirmation email. I tried to cancel order by returning email and did not receive a reply. Tried contacting on status of order and still no reply. My CC card has been charged for the purchase but I have not received the banks. After googling company name I see I'm not the only one. I hope something can be done to punish this company. Internet
On Dec. 07, 2016 I ordered 2 puppy coin banks from an ad on Facebook at the price of $21.95. After seeing the same banks on another web site I attempted to cancel my order by replying to the confirmation email I received from highclassuniverse. i never received a reply. My credit card was billed on Dec 9, 2016.
On Dec. 18, 2016 I emailed the support email listed on their website and still did not receive an answer. I tried again on Dec. 23, 2016 and no response.
This company needs to be punished for scamming people on the internet.
