I ordered 6 doggie banks from High Class Universe on December 8, 2016. I got an order confirmation e-mail with an order number. I have never received the merchandise. I have sent several e-mails and had no response. I have called the number and it's not a working number. My credit card was charged on December 10th, 2016, under the other name.
