I too ordered a toy dog bank from the internet from a place called High Class Universe. They are High Class Frauds!! I was charged $21.99 to my bank account on 12-9-16. Received an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. Today is Jan. 25, 2017. When I received my bank statement a place called Unstoppable Vison was on it. They must be stopped!! I will never order anything online again unless I know it's reputable..
