Untouchable Landscapes did not finish patio/retaining wall; "Refund" check bounced. Now have to get another contractor to finish. Claims he is licensed with the State of NC Landscape contractors - he is not. Filed a complaint with them. Paid $6000 and he was to refund $3000 but check was only for $2820.
Went to his bank to cash check and since I did not have an account there they would not cash it. My bank did, knowing that this might happen. I have texted and tried to speak with him in person to no avail. I am attaching the "whole" text conversation from time of bid till when the bank called stating there were insufficient funds.
