these charges appear to often to an accident.it seems to me a telemarketer needs to fill his quota and just stickes on at random hoping it wont be noticed. its a real pain getting these charges removed because you always end up holding for an associat and the wait is sometimes pretty long.its bad enough being put on hold because of your mistakes .

I reviewed the comment of the Netmarket employee. First, obviously they don't seem to hire smart people because the spelling in your rebuttal was incorrect. Next, I have been ripped-off by AOL/Netmarket before and I did recieve a refund because I never did talk to a representative in that department because I hung-up after being transferred, but still was charged for the service, not once, but twice.

So they can make mistakes. I am sure though, that there are customers out there that do forget to cancel the trial and then call too late after being charged. But I am also sure that that is only about 40% of the time, the other 60% percent, I am sure some telemarketer is trying to reach their quota or just maybe on accident hit the wrong button (yeah right!)

I work for netmarket and have been an employee for almost 2 years.I have heard of complaints just like yours and just to let you know, these charges are not just appearing on your bills.you have actually signed up for this service and just because you forgot to cancel it in the trial period you get mad at us and try to blame us for your mistake.

We have to keep proof of your enrolement on file for three years for your protection and for ours also, weather it be a recording of the phone conversation,a signature or some sort of security verifaction and this can and will be used in the court of law if nedded.

Our company would not be around for over 20 years if we were a fraud. We would have been shut down after the first year.I do admit though that the marketing that they do may not be 100% clear but thats where reading the fine print comes in place. So before you decide to talk about something like this I sugguest you do your homework first.
