Watch out for UPA CONSTRUCTION (BC) Ltd. Keith Anderson Jeremy Anderson and Richard Nasadyk. These people are compulsive liars and large scale swindlers. Speak to their past clients and they will tell you. All their projects go sideways. Keith and Richard with the assistance fo Jeremy knowing take on unqualified subs and bids. They tell the client they recommend them knowing full well they won't make it. They do so with back ups in plan. All their projects take years longer then normal to complete and the cost overruns are astronomical. At the same time they bill away charging they owners asking the subs for kick backs. Never hire these clowns. If they ever approach you for work. Run for your lives. Richard, Jeremy and Keith are full scale swindlers.
