Uper Fox Securities Inc. winning final notification in the amount of 125.000.00, sent check for $4875.00. I rec'd a letter in the mail on 10/11/08 informing me that i had won $125,000.00. Enclosed was a check for $4,875.00 made out to me. this was suppose to have been deducted from the total winnings. the remainder was to be sent after the tax amount of $2,875.00 was sent to the tax agent by western union or moneygram. I was told to keep this confidential until I call Barry Smith. I did not call him or anyone else. I investigated this on the internet and that's when I saw the report by the lady about her same incident that happened to her. That's why I'm reporting this to you.

This is in addition to what I submitted earlier. The Check that was sent to me in the amount of $4,875.00 was drawn on a bank Called, Comerica Bank, 4055 Telegraph Rd., Bloomfield Hl, Mi 48302.
