Upholstery & Carpet PC Harassment and fraudulent business practices Port Chester New York
I can't even find words what hell this company put us through. As a business, we hired this company to clean an upholstered bed for one of our customers. Once on location, Joe, the cleaning "specialist" asked $350. (average price for the job is $150). Eventually we agreed on $250.
Once the job was done they sent us $275 bill saying there is $25 credit card processing fee which we did not agree to pay. They would not leave the home of our customer and harassed them to the point where police had to get involved.
I am in shock from how this company treats their customers. This company is the scam! Stay away. They will overcharge and harass you! This business has zero ethic.
