Upland Mortgage, Ocwen Loan Servicing ripoff Orlando Florida
We refinanced our home with Upland Mortgage Company in 2000, It was a nightmare with these people calling our home all hours of the day and night, making threats, calling myself and my husband names, even coming to our home late at night. After threatening to sue them, we found out they went bankrupt and sold our mortgage to Ocwen. We are now told we owe over 15,000 dollars and legal fees and pre property valuation fees assessment fees and were told our home is in bankruptcy. We finally have hired an attorney.
