Complaint Review: UPER FOX SECURITIES INC

I received a notice in the mail today that Upper Fox Securities in Canada has been trying to reach me to inform me that I was a prize winner. They included a check for $4980.00 and instructed me to call a Martin Kevin before I cashed the check. The letter stated that the tax amount was $3980 and had to be paid by Western Union or Moneygram to a "tax agent". The chekc looks truly legit, but if it was I woudn't have to call anyone first. The first thing I did was show it to my husband who is in banking and we knew it was a hoax. Did a web check and all I've discovered is everyone else knows it's a hoax and I was offered more than most!! haha!! Now on to contact our local news station as I konw some who would fall for it.
