I received a final notification letter from Upper Fox Securities Inc. stating I had been selected through a random computer ballot system and won 125,000.00. I check in the amount of 4980.00 was included drawn from a KeyBank account in Portland ME. Like the other letters I was to call first, give my claim number and keep it CONFIDENTIAL.

The letter itself had incorrect grammer and mis-spelled words. I did contact KeyBank and the account number on the check is a valid account number. However they referred my to the fraud department of KeyBank. The account number used has been RED FLAGGED at KeyBank and they are aware of the SCAM.

I did call the 1-416-731-4893 on the letter and spoke to a man, Barry Smith whos name appears on my letter and let him know I knew it was a scam and that I had contacted KeyBank. At that point the person on the other end, who spoke broken English screamed and used profanity because I did not follow the directions on the letter.

He did say he was not in the United States and there wasn't anything anyone could do about the lottery or sweepstakes. There is clearly a scam, anyone who has ever won any type of cash knows the goverment takes their money first before you get a dime.

I hope no one out there has been taken by these people.
