Complaint Review: Ups

the claim i filed with ups has been denied due to insuffcient packaging. i filed for 2 ctns which were both packed the same way. ups paid for damage to the 1st ctn but denied the 2nd ctn. i dont understand they were packed the same way so why not pay on the 2nd ctn? i can not afford the cost of this loss. i paid in good faith for insurance so what is the problem with the 2nd ctn? what can i do to get my money from this claim ? your help would be greatly appreciated in this matter. please respond to this and thank you.
