Complaint Review: Ups

i had ups ship a collector sign from fairmont mn to concil bluffs ia. they recieved sign broken- my shipper in fairmont packaged and shipped the sign-he also knew the sign was in mint condition when he sent it out. i had to refund them 500.00 then my shipper had to turn in a claim. i looked at ups web site and it said claims usally take 5 days. my shipper called me back and said he was told it could take up to 5 weeks!!!

i called ups customer service and what a joke that was..the package was dropped by ups or something fell on it from their truck. they know it and my shipper knows it but ups is trying to find a way out of it.. very unprofessional business and rude customer service people from north carolina that i talked too.
