UPS ripoff failure to deliver goods Gardena California

I had a scheduled delivery from UPS for 3/3/06. I waited all day for this package, and tracked it every hour. The online tracking progress stated that the delivery was on time, and on the truck for delivery.

It never arrived. After 9pm, the online tracking service said that the delivery was rescheduled for 3/6/06. There was no explanantion for the failure to deliver the package.

Customer service had no explanations either. According to their computers, the driver was still out for delivery. This was after 9pm.

They don't even have the option to go and pick up the package at the facility.

Down with UPS.
