This store is really bad. I suggest do not go here in my opinion for anything. Almost two months ago I sent a ebike back to Amazon from this store and paid 795.00 for shipping. I was on a business trip for about 10 days and when i returned 10 days later it showed label.created. Also the value of the ebike is $ 2,169.00 and I am out almost 3000 dollars. I called this store and the manager told me the ebike was lost in the mail. I was really wondering why he would tell me it was lost in the mail when it showed only label.created with ups and it shows on line it had never left his store. So then I think he is trying to help me like any good company would do. He tells me to create a a to z claim with Amazon.

With original tracking number. I didn't realize but he was trying to divert blame to Amazon when all blame was at this store. Amazon said they can't help me said package never left the store with original tracking number. 5 days later this same manage kid calls my phone and says we found the package it was sent back with a second ttacking number. He did not tell me that was fed ex freight number until two weeks later. that tracking number he provided never worked. Then it got up to Amazon Corporate level and Jessica Q at Amazon corporate denied claim because of not working tracking number. The manager at store I called to try to get him to try to talk to Amazon Corporate about it. I said I'm out almost 3,000 dollars. His response was if I ever step foot in there store again he would have me arrested for trespassing. Anyways then Amazon Corporate referred to Ups store Corporate and Tate Voncords has been working on this for almost a month.

So this store manager come to find out. Never sent my package the way I paid for through ups he sent it Fed Freight. He took it on his own and sent my package back to Amazon Ups freight without my permission to the 3rd party seller eahora for Amazon. They are not verifying they received my package and me and me and Tate Voncords can still not get my refund. How can a store manager, take it upon themselves to send a 2,169.00 item that they don't own back using Fed Ex Freight without a senders permission. I would think this would have to be illegal. I tried to call the store again and the store manager told me if I call there again he would have me arrested for harassment. Me and Tate Voncords at Ups store have been working on this for a long time and I don't know the owner of this store but I don't how he is not taking responsibility for this situation and refunding me my money. You can't send a customers item back in your store name and not the customers name.

I paid 795.00 for ups shipping. How can you send it back Fed ex freight without my permission in your store name. Amazon and Eahora 3rd party Vendor have not honored it because it was not sent back from me and they can't verify item because it didn't get shipped back from me. This has to be illegal. And as store owner and a business person how have you not called me to refund me my money back for shipping and the ebike. Me and Tate Voncords are still working with Amazon but as of now there has been no luck on getting them to honor the way this package was sent back. Hopefully the owner of this store does the right thing and refunds me my money. Anyways hopefully this issue is resolved soon and I get my refund here from this store owner or Amazon. When that happens this review wil be deleted by me thank you
