I ordered a Bathing Ape Hoody for my son for christmas. I ordered it on Dec. 6th and received a confirmation e-mail Dec. 6th stating that my order was received and will be processed shortly, my order # was 842651784862623.I received another e-mail on Dec. 14th stating that my order was shipped .I didn't receive anything by Christman 2006.
I then e-mailed Checkout again on Dec.29th and also e-mailed Upscale Fashion. On Jan. 9th G88 Checkout e-mailed me stating that they contacted the merchant and they should respond to my inquiry or send my order within ten days.
G***e Checkout ask me to let them know if I heard from the merchant or if I receive my order. It's now Jan24,2007 and I have yet to receive my merchandise nor have i heard from anyone. I e-mailed G** Checkout Jan21 2007 and have received no response.I don't koow what to do at this point. My account was charged $99.00 on Dec. 6th 2006. I think I have been ripped off, because I can't even find Upscale Fashion any where on any site. Please help!!
