Upscale You OUtlet When I received a defective product, I contacted them. They replaced it with another defective product. I contacted them and have heard nothing in 2 months. rosemead California

When I received a defective product, I contacted them. They replaced it with another defective product. I contacted them and have heard nothing in 2 months.

2/6/21  I sent a complaint about receiving a defective product

2/7/21 they acknowledged receipt of my complaint

2/9/21 they asked for a picture of the product

2/10/21 I sent a photo

2/28/21 Since I had not heard anything about my complaint now that they have a photo, I reached out asking about the status.

2/28/21 I was told that they do not offer refunds but will issue a replacement

3/3/21 They sent the tracking number of the replacement

3/10/21 I received the replacement. It too was defective and I contacted them about this.

3/12/21  They requested a sice-by-side photo of the original and the replacement

3/12/21  I sent the photo

3/20/21 Since I heard nothing from them since I sent the photo they requested, I contacted them again.

3/20/21 They told me that they had escalated this to their management team

4/15/21  Since i had heard nothing, i reached out...never got a response

4/28/21 Since i had heard nothing, i reached out...never got a response

5/3/21  Since i had heard nothing, i reached out...never got a response

Now i am filing a complaint with you
