The owner of this company is a joke claiming to be a Christian. He has been to prison before for Mortgage fraud and now he is scamming people out of their hard earned money, most being retirees on fixed incomes. I found out about this company through a seminar I attended to help homeowners get principal balance reductions. I was told that my mortgage had fraud attached to it and they were going to sue my lender and get them to give me a reduction.Well lets just say after 6 months or even longer and $10,000.00 dollars later I still had not results and to this day NOTHING! Luckily, I have been able to find another company that's been assisting me doing what this company has claimed they would do. However, I have contacted this company numerous times demanding a refund and have gotten no answers just the run around, and their "legal team" telling me "they've been in contact with my lender". I have asked to speak to the owner who keeps avoiding my calls. He walks around in suits all day dressed up and drives a Mercedes Benz (I wonder if that's where part of my $10,000 dollars has gone) which come to find out isn't his. They have had alot of employee turn over from different attorneys and legal staff. I even asked where the original person was that signed me up, and they were gone. No one even contacted me to let me know. To me, this says they don't know what there doing. Don't give this company the time of day. They claim to get clients Principal Balance Reductions and have very few results for a company that I found out is over 2 years old. I have found other clients online that have had the same problem with this company as I have. Some say they are under investigation as we speak and I would happily support any other client out there against this horrible company claiming to help the community. Their grossly over charging people and don't care.I wished I had done my research better before getting involve with them.

This company should be shut down.I wished my pastor had never let them hold a seminar at our church. They claimed to be Christians and advocates for homeowners, but are charging a arm and a leg to assist homeowners. I came into their office with my paper work on my loan  and was told I needed to have a forensic and securitization audit because I had been a victim of predatory lending and that they can get my lender to get a principal balance reduction. The sales person pretty much guaranteed me of the results and told me they had helped several clients do this, but when I asked for proof non was provided. I still was compelled to give this a chance because I was in need of some help. The owner of the company Jim Burnett who I met before leaving that day boast about being a Christian and helping people. After my lack of results and my attempts to talk to the person who sold me on becoming a client.I began to get suspicious that I was wasting my money that I had used from my 401k. I'm a single mother of two and every nickel and dime matters to me.The sales person is no longer there and neither is the person that was supposed to be dealing with my bank. I stopped making my payments to them after a couple of months for lack of communication on my file and all the turn over they were having. I caution anyone to not do business with this company..$10,000 is alot to risk!!!!!!! Also I found out they have change there company name a couple of times which tells me something is wrong with this program starting from the top.

Ps look at this link about the other company they operated under
