Upstate Debt Management Stephen Scott Upstate Debt Management, claims they have investigator after me for Ace Cash Express, I have a BK 7 Depew,, New York
Upstate Debt management is a RIP OFF, they called several times claims they are investigators of bad checks, this is not true.. ACE Cash Express tried to cash my check twice and caused a double payment and of course, I did not have enough to cover 2 checks, only for one. I have asked non-stop for the LICENSE # of their company but instead I 've gotten a run around and a letter typed on plain paper with just a typed letter, nothing professional. I had to file BK 7 due to illness and 5 surgeries, Ace was included in that along with the Bank.
Watch out, this company Upstate DEBT Management is using everything, saying they are investigators but wont give you a LICENSE #.
