Complaint Review: UPTICK Newswire

Everett Jolly of UPTICK Newswire hired my company to build him a new state of the art website for UPTICK Newswire. Once we completed our work he then locked us out of the website and now refuses to pay us. We have called him several times and he will not answer the phone. He also does not pay his employees. He sounds like a nice guy but he is really a cheat and a theif. He asked us to build a website for his son and asked that we give him a 30% referal fee for recommending him. He has been giving financial advise on which stocks to purchase and to my knowledge he does not have a license to do so. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UPTICK NEWSWIRE!!! We will be filing a claim in small claims court. Although we do not believe that will help due to him already having 2 bankruptcies. Everett Jolly is a theif.
