Complaint Review: Uptown Poochie

I ordered merchandise from Uptown Poochie that was billed the next day, but never came. The website says you'll receive a receipt and a shipping confirmation in 2 separate emails. I never received the shipping confirmation.

I emailed and called multiple times to get a tracking number or confirm shipment. The item was not marked Backorder or anything unusual. I received no contact back.

I searched the internet for fraud by this merchant, and found a report of an identical instance here on Rip Off Report, just a little over a month ago.
