Complaint Review: upware marketing llc

i was looking for someone to give me a loan to purchase a home. i got a call from wayne with upware marketing telling me to build a profile of the type of home and the purchase price. i got a call from allison stating that i was approve and i needed to send 1000.00 ernest money. i went to fed ex and sent patti bowler a check. she responded with a receipt. she told me to start looking for a home. i found a home and a man name grant parkman called and said that they would be dealing with my realtor. months went by and i still have not gotten a home or my money back. i emailed allison and wayne several times requesting my refund back. they both stated that this process takes a minute to happen. i got a email from allison saying that i need to fill out form and have notorized to get my refund back. i faxed the paper over to patti bowler. i got a email from the legal team saying that my refund was bein process and i should be receiving my money by july. here it is november and still have not gotten my refund.
