I purchased 3 magazine subscriptions for a total of $148 from Salesperson Shilah Floyd of Urban 1 Inc on 15 Feb 2011. Her picture and the rest of the sales team is on the website. I waited the 120 days max and did not receive any magazines. I submitted an inquiry twice via their website with no reply. I called their office on 9 June and was told I could submit for a refund. I followed their procedures and did so. On 20 June I called and was told by Lucinda that the refund had been processed and sent to Mr. Greene to have a check cut and mailed. On 8 July, 9 July, 12 July and 20 July I called and told they are still waiting to either see or hear back from Mr. Greene. I was told on the 12th of July he was with the sales team in North Carolina. I filed complaints with both the FTC and BBB on 18 July.
