On June 1st I sent my cancellation notice with the proper paperwork, certified mail just as instructed on their website.  I even included the $10 cancellation fee. 

On July 13th I phoned to check to verify that the cancellation was noted on the account.  I spoke with a young lady at my local club who advised me that there was no notation on the account.  I needed to bring in the certified mail return receipt that was received along with a copy of the cancelled check. 

We'll see what happens.  However, I am expecting a fight ahead of me.....To be continued.
