My name is Alvin. On July 30, 2021, I place an order via the Urban Animals Clothing instagram page for 3 tee shirts (order #10054) . The cost of my order was a total of $89.00 and the email stated that it would take 3-5 business days.
I noticed today that i have not received my order, which I was hoping to recieve as I am going on vacation on Thursday, August 11. I contacted the website info link info@urbananimals.store, to which i was notifed the email address was invalid, and I also messaged via the instagram page https://www.instagram.com/urbananimals.clothing also direct messaging both the email address proved via instgram urbananimalsclothing@gmail.com.
I wanted to support this business as a means of supoorting small businesses in the county of South Richmond Hill/Ozone Park. I am of Indo Craibbean hertiage and wanted to put money into the business of fellow Indo Carribeans . Today I realized I was ripped of and robbed and I would like justice as a tax payer. I Ask for the city/states support on bring this fraudulent business to justice.
