Urban Class Gear - Theresa Minicello ripoff and paypal didn't handle the situation either New York Internet

I purchased a red bull hat June 2 2008. emailed urban class gear a week later asking for the tracking number. I was told that i needed to wait 10 buissnes days. Told her yes but that she should be able to give me the tracking #. They responded with that i will get it when it's shipped. I asked why it wasnt shipped yet and she then answered with that it was on backorder.

So i told them to reimburse me the money she told me she that when i get the hat if i no longer want it then i could ship it back and that they would do whatever i want. This went on for 2 more months and they stopped answering me telling me i was harrassing them.

So i called and emailed pay pal for help in this matter and they didn't help me at all they coudln't understand what the problem was and they wouldn't give me any transaction numbers so i could file a complaint through them so that they could help me. I have all the receipts numbers and all the emails from them but pay pal still was of no assistance. So i ended up ripped off $40 and no one would help. I saved all the information and emails between me and them and have the confirmation recepit copy .
