Complaint Review: Urban Dealight

I went to Dickey's Barbecue Pit on the 23rd of December, 2011 to redeem the voucher which I bought from Urban Dealight but the owner told me that they've already terminated this deal and also informed Urban Dealight a long time ago of this termination. 
I contacted Urban Dealight and asked for refund. Alan Blackaby, customer rep replied me that he could not issue me a refund in cash for this particular purchase since they are outside of the refund period
I told him that the owner of Dickey's Barbecue Pit told me he has officially terminated the deal from Urban Dealight long time ago. 
But Urban Dealight didn't/forgot to inform the customers the deal termination. 
I'm very disappointed that I didn't hear anything from Urban Dealight about the deal termination. I drove 15 miles during the rush hour. I wasted my time and gasoline driving there which wouldn't have happened if Urban Dealight informed me and they even used it to against the customers and refused to refund the customers in cash.
BTW, Alan Blackaby is the one of the worst customer rep. 
Will I recommend this business to anyone? Hell NO!!!!
I've filed the complaint to BBB. I encourage you to do the same thing. After BBB receive the complaints and they will put their review on their websites so Urban Dealight won't be recommended by BBB.
