Sometimes it is "Urban Dynamics", sometimes "Urban Dynamics Career and Employment Services", Sometimes "1st Security Preparation and Placement Inc", Sometimes "Security Associates".

Based on an ad published in internet I called this company's office and talked to one female counter clerk (Bangla speaking), Nasima, who along with one Mr. Ali  presenly might be working in another firm having the same group interest. This might be one of their deceptive policy to cheat/rob innocent people.

On their assurance I paid $80.00 on my first visit and later on three instalments I paid $1,246.00 (in total $ 1326.00) in cash on the assurance that they shall get me a job not less than $15.00 per hour from the very day after I complete the socalled training (watching TV, no lecturing, no noting, no demonstration). My frustation starts after the training.

They (Mr. Dee and others of Urban Dynamics) were sending me to security companies with their referrals(?). Everyday being a woman and facing a lot of worst problems in my life, I visited companies on the hope that I am getting a dream job. But I was refused everywhere. They ask for previous experiences, GED etc etc.(they don't value my bachelor degree from Bangladesh). No company gives any importance to the certificates (five) Urban Dynamics issued to me, these are all garbage. Lastly I told Mr. Dee and other staffs of Urban Dynamics, please manage me a job even if it is $8.00 per hour.

I want my money back and will be happy to see if those people are brought under law of the soil to save the innocent job seeking people.

They again played deceptive.

As per their call I went to their office and again I was sent to a hiring company. Nothing happened positive. Lastly, I sent a letter mentioning my total frustation and requested to refund money back, in reply, they informed me that the money ($1326.00) can not be refunded and reminded me of signing a contract. I signed some papers in spaces marked by them, which I did not understand (I am not even a GED holder). They told me that these were only a formality to find the job for me.

Whoever fell in such situation may kindly advise me how to get them punished and my money recovered.

Told to wait.

This is not a rebuttal. Urban Dynamics' men told me to wait to see if they can arrange a job for me. If they can't, I shall take necessary steps.
