Complaint Review: Urban Florist

My boyfriend ordered flowers for me from Iraq, and they never arrived. Urban Florists still charged him.

I called 1 888 244 4531, and dialed ext 103 and left a msg for Christina. Then I called back and dialed ext 105, and the operator offered to resend them or refund my money. They said there was a 'system error' and they were swamped over valentines day.

In the end, I am happy to have received my money back, but I would never order from Urban Florists again.
